By subscribing to Evrgrn, you agree to the terms below. Evrgrn is operated by Evrgrn Studio LLC ("Evrgrn", "we", "us"). You are the "Customer".
The service
Evrgrn is a monthly design subscription. While active, you can submit unlimited design requests through the workspace we provide. We work one request at a time and ship as fast as we reasonably can — typically within 48 hours per request.
Billing
- The subscription is $2,995 USD per month, billed automatically each cycle.
- You can pause or cancel anytime from Stripe's customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Months that have started are non-refundable. If you pause mid-cycle, the remaining days bank for whenever you resume.
Scope
Out of scope, on purpose: full custom illustration suites, motion graphics, 3D, packaging, print, and deep product UX flows. We'll tell you in writing before charging if a request falls outside scope.
Ownership
You own the final deliverables once payment for the relevant month has cleared. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies. If you need a confidentiality carve-out, email us before subscribing.
Acceptable use
Don't ask us to design anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes on someone else's IP. We may decline a request and refuse refunds for any portion of a month spent on a request we won't fulfill.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as-is". We do our best, but we don't warrant that every deliverable will fit every use case or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes to terms
If we change these terms in any material way, active subscribers get an email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
