Evrgrn is run by one person. There's no analytics empire, no ad network, no data resale. This page tells you exactly what gets collected and why.
What we collect
- Account info — your name, email, and company. You give it when you subscribe.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Project material — anything you put in your Notion workspace so the work can get done.
- Basic site logs — Vercel keeps standard request logs (IP, timestamp, page) for security and debugging. No third-party tracking, no cross-site cookies.
What we do with it
- Deliver the design service you paid for.
- Send you transactional email (receipts, request updates).
- Reply when you email chris@evrgrn.design.
That's the full list. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with marketing partners. There are no marketing partners.
Subprocessors
The third parties who store or process your data on Evrgrn's behalf:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Notion — project workspaces.
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Google Workspace — email.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything Evrgrn holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Email chris@evrgrn.design and you'll get a response within five business days.
Cookies
The marketing site uses no cookies of its own. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud — those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes in any material way, active subscribers get an email before it takes effect.
